We stayed in the junior suite and the room was amazingly spacious and comfortable! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason we didnt give this resort 5 stars were the staff in the casino and the restaurant. In the casino, the cashier was rude and unhelpful, refusing to issue us a players card because “that wasn’t her job” and we would have to wait for the other person to return, but she didn’t know when they’d be back. And then the restaurant, on day we had an amazing server with excellent service, and the second day our server overcharged, and when we went to question the ticket, she wasn’t “available” and no one was able to adjust it to be correct, so I ended up having to pay the extra.

Nice enough place, fairly average accommodations - we were given a room by the hotel’s HVAC unit and the noise and vibrations were unbearable and we asked for different room. Staff begrudgingly gave us a different room but made us feel like it was our fault for asking to be moved. The room provided was an upgrade at no extra charge and that is much appreciated. So, all’s well that ends well 😀

This is a small casino and lodge. There is a restaurant and a very tidy gas station across the street. There is smoking in the casino, but the hotel did not smell of smoke at all. Our rooms were clean and the decor was lovely and fresh. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. I would stay again and again.

Great place to stay with our dog. No carpets on floor and we could open window to keep from dog smelling up the room. We will, however, never eat in the casino’s restaurant again. Besides having to wait way too long for the food, it’s not even fresh! When selecting fish for $35.- a plate, one would expect it to be fresh. No, it’s a frozen square fish and even the rice was dry. Service wasn’t great either.

The room was very large. Very large bathroom. Keurig coffeemaker plus coffee in separate room off lobby. This is a casino but it was away from the rooms so no noise. Fabulous hotel
