We liked the location and ocean view. Hotel is getting run down , not very clean, our door screen had big hole in it so we couldn’t leave it open and enjoy the sounds of the ocean ,windows dirty so could not see out very well , front desk staff when checking in was not overly friendly - no breakfast included, we will not be back !

Just the way the floor were build makes it noisy. Other guests rooms you couldnt hear at all. Kinda disappointing the cafe doesnt discount a breakfast menu like they do for lunch for dinner
