"We decided to check out the area based on recommendations of family that come to Eureka Springs often. I’m super picky and usually prefer to stay at higher end hotels but I loved the look of this room and I am a sucker for places trying to bring something old back to life. My husband was surprised when we pulled up and said there was no way the place was up to my standards until we went into our room. The room was beautiful even though the beds were a little stiff for me, he loved them. Parking was a little bit of a pain the second night but nothing too crazy. Just had to park at the back of the building. Over all would recommend this motel to anyone."

"First of all i have nothing bad to say about this beautiful hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms that make you feel like no one has ever stayed there before. The staff in its entirety was very hospitable. We loved that they have a shuttle to take you where you need to go downtown. We also did a room add on of chocolate covered strawberries that were a devine touch to our stay. Keep up the great work."

"It’s definitely a motel and I won’t try and convince you different. Nicest motel I’ve ever been in though. Everything works. Everything is clean. Pool area is super clean and again everything works. I stay in a lot of Hilton properties for work travel and I’d pick this motel over most of them. "
