The room was nice. The bed was too hard but thats me. There was no breakfast available. The bathroom was miniscule compared to the rest of the room. Finding the entrance to the property was a challenge. Needs better signage.

The website suggested we were allowed to bring our service dog. The staff member at check in had no issues with us having our dog. The morning we left the front desk called us three times and the phone had most buttons missing so we couldn't even answer it. Then a different staff member knocked at our door the following morning saying we weren't in a pet friendly room. We also were not informed our room was a smoking room and we did not request that. The room was filthy, hair in the bed stained sheets, hair in the sheets, sticky carpet.. we felt like our quiet service dog was the least of their worries given how gross the room was. Truly disappointed. I'm not usually one to write reviews but this was horrible.

On ground floor close to lobby, other guests came in all hours of the night, loud, noisy, stomping up the stairs disturbing our sleep. Early morning the room phone started buzzing. The faintly through the wall a quiet voice on a computer kept repeating "your internet service in down try ...." etc.

This is the best place we’ve stayed in Evanston. Everything was clean and the pool area was nice. Staff was friendly. We will stay again.

There were chip crumbs on the floor from the previous stayer, the front desk guy acted like I was a burden that he had to get off his phone to get me my room key and loud neighbors all around not good for a working man to stay there and be up all night

I stopped at the front desk at 7:30am to inquire about a late checkout. The grumpy male person on duty advided that if I checked out by Noon there would be no charge. He advised that a checkout after Noon would result in a $20 charge. I checked-out at 11:50am and was shocked to get a notification from my MC provider that I was charged $20.

It was OK for a night. The furniture in our room was shabby, but it was pet friendly. The breakfast had no fruit, juice, eggs, or anything other than those do-it-youself waffles so the first thing we did upon leaving was find a place to eat.

The only issues we had was that the air conditioner didn’t work very well and sounded like a truck. The second is the pillows were so stuffed I ended up just sleeping on the bed with no pillow because it hurt my neck. It was clean, friendly and other than those two things everything was perfect.

Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Close to Tesla Supercharger. Pool was nice, but jacuzzi did not seem very clean. Breakfast room was way too small for the size of the hotel and number guests that are leaving in the morning. A bigger breakfast room would be a great improvement.
