She failed to send a payment link or access instructions, ignored over a week of emails, calls, voicemails and texts, ignored Hotels.com trying to get in touch as well, didn't send us an access code until TWO HOURS after check-in, and then had the audacity to lie to me by saying I didn't send her any messages because her assistant (I'm confident this person doesn't exist) would have seen them. Give your money to someone who isn't a liar...

"We loved the complete package in such a perfect location. Just 5 minutes from Magdalen Road with array of good quality shops and places to eat if time is short. But the wall into town was very easy too. The property was in a quiet area and had everything we needed. They supplied parling permits which we didn't need. We had conwuyh host who replied promptly. "Wir waren mit 5 Personen 9 Tage im Haus und fanden es sehr gemütlich dort. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (außer einem Föhn). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich im Wohnzimmer hat uns ein Sitzplatz gefehlt, die Sofas sind für 2 Leute in Ordnung, aber für 3 zu klein. Insgesamt war es im Haus schön."

"A little underwhelming, pictures made it look better than it was. Bedrooms and bathroom fine but kitchen and lounge not great, smelt musty and didn’t really want to use anything in the kitchen! Location great, bathroom and bedding clean. It was nice and warm with a thermostat to keep it to the right temperature. "This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "
