"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication...

"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. Everything we needed was already catered for. From blankets on the sofa and dog bowls to a full kitchen of utensils. Very comfortable beds and well presented. The layout allowed us to all be in one house but have our own down time if needed. The hot tub was amazing and well used by all. Grateful for the daily pH level checks...

"Fantastic service. Every member of staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely. It was good to have soya milk. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is close to the town centre - so very convenient. The rooms are newly refurbished, and the king size rooms are comfortable. "

"Stayed here for an event in Silverstone and it was great from start to finish. I was able to check in early, for free which was a life saver. All staff I came across were polite and always smiling. The rooms were comfortable and the beds a great size. The shower was a dream too!"
