"This hotel is located right on the beach, but there is quite a rip current in the afternoon. Just be aware. The property is manicured, greenery everywhere. The pool is suitable for any age. Reception staff are super friendly (like most people in Polinesia), they kept our luggage till check-in and gave us pool towels. Restaurant has good options, their portions are quite big, we shared one. The room is great size and clean. The bed is comfortable."

"The staff was extremely friendly, price was reasonable. The other reviewers are accurate with the noise however this is not the hotels fault. It is located in the heart of downtown so noise is expected. This is not prevent me from sleeping and the traffic did was not noticeable past 8-9. Great location and incredible staff, cannot got wrong! "

"The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Ari at the front desk was great, and helped us upgrade our room to the best available (at a higher price, which was fine). The BBQ night (Wednesdays) at the restaurant was awesome. I would highly recommend anyone staying on Tahiti to consider Te Moana. It has a good price to quality ratio. And the infinity pool is wonderful. You will not be disappointed."
