"The room was adequate; no bugs to be found. It did have a stale odor but appeared clean. The towels were abundant which was good for the three of us. The room heater did not work; I reported it to the front desk and she was taking care of it immediately. I was extremely disappointed that the pool was not heated. Using the term “all season” pool, I assumed the water would not be freezing cold. I specifically booked this hotel so we could have something fun to do and be off cellphones on our way...

"Lovely unique lnn. Nice resturant good food! We had a wonderful Sunday brunch! Beautiful grounds that provide nice outdoor relaxing options to spend time visiting with family and friends. Nice suite with lovely balcony. Room could be cleaner and updated. Amenities in room should be upgraded for level of pricing at this Inn."

"Traveling to play softball tournament in Ellijay. We chose this hotel for price and location. Both were a plus. Staff was having issues with the language barrier upon checking in. Also they don’t offer any type of breakfast at this hotel, so plan accordingly."

"Very convenient for Gibbs Gardens. Great grocery store and local restaurants. Lovely setting for villa, I would have liked more time there. Villa are old but clean inside and bed was comfortable. If you arrive after hours, drive behind the bank building and you will find the box with your key package, call the number on box to get the padlock code. I missed it the first time."

"Great place, near a few hikes and the trails inside Big Canoe are phenomenal as well. We even had a little snow! I wish the wellness center wasn’t $20/day so I could have used it daily. But that’s not the rentals, it’s big canoe pricing. "

"House had everything we needed except food. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Parking was for one vehicle. Enjoyed the mountain scenery and the deck for morning coffee. Away from stores but beautiful drive going there. Fainting Goat is a must especially overlooking the mountains Kevin and Karen are delightful host. "

Peaceful Family Time

"Thank you so much for providing such a warm and comfortable home. The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. It looks exactly as pictured. So cute, quiet, and peaceful. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the comfy beds, the rocking chairs on the porch, the fireplace, and the firepit for toasting smores. The community was lovely. We went horseback riding, saw a family of bears and lots of deer. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We want to come back! "
