"Very clean. The ambiance was very restful, log cabin feel in lobbies (1st and second floors) huge stone fireplace with fire, big window views of the lake. The breakfast was real basic, cold serials or microwave oatmeal, packaged pastries. Juices and coffee/tea/coco available 24 hours."

"This was our first trip to Helen Georgia. The property was close to downtown Helen Georgia and all the local attractions. The staff was kind. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great. This is our second time to stay in a Country Inn and Suites. "

"The food and ambiance is great. The room was awesome as well. The only negative is sound travels very well throughout the lodge. If you want to relax in bed betwee the hours of 5pm and 8pm...you can forget about it. Everything else was marvelous. "

"The property was clean inside and we'll manicured outside. The staff was friendly and professional. We had an adjoining room and I was nervous about that but we never heard them the entire time. If we had not seen people in the halfway we would have thought we were the only ones in the building. The only thing I would have preferred was a brighter light over the bathroom sink. "The hotel was great, very clean, the guy at the front desk was very polite and helpful, breakfast was good, the only thing that we didn't like was the cleaning ladies talking loud next to our door at 7:30 in the morning, and they wete talking for more than 30 minutes."
