Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay at the Modern Villa with stunning views. The Modern Villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. This newly built custom modern home is on a 1 acre lot that is partially wooded to explore. Great views of the northern lights right outside the door. The property is right next to miles of trails to explore the Alaskan wilderness. This home is the perfect base for your Alaskan dream vacation.
The space
The Modern Villa has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. It is located in the foothills of Fairbanks above Goldstream Valley on 1 acre. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful.

Upstairs is the main living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with cozy queen beds, a full bathroom with laundry room, and a delightful balcony with stunning views.

Downstairs offers a second living room and a bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a full bathroom.

The garage is available for 1 vehicle. There is ample space on the property for additional vehicles.

With 3 bedrooms and a second living room with space for an air mattress this home can sleep 8 comfortably.

There are two smart TVs, pinball machine, board games and a record player to keep you entertained.

The property is partially wooded with an open area to explore.

Sledding is available on the property. There are 3 sleds in the garage available for guest use.

At the end of the street is the O'Connor Ridge Trail System. Get out and explore the Alaskan wilderness right outside our doorstep.

Great place
Wonderful location, especially if you’d like to experience more nature than city and have a chance to see the Northern lights, which we did on one of our clear evenings. Only thing missing (minor) was a brush for the bar-b-q grate. Spacious bedrooms and very well appointed kitchen.

Absolutely amazing. The house has everything you need, spices, dishes, blankets, just everything right down to games to play once back at the house after seeing everything Fairbanks has to offer. The pinball game is just puts it over the top. The house is very clean. The owners are very reachable and answer any questins quickly. 5 stars from us.
