"This was a great cottage to base yourself in the Cotswold’s. The two minute walk to the village was a great feature of this cottage as well as the parking spot. I enjoyed the fire and the beautiful surrounds. I would recommend a stay. "

"From the moment I booked the property, to leaving the property, the experience has been seamless. Great communication & the checkin was swift. The property itself is incredible. Great for large groups. With the kitchen stacked full of cooking equipment. Plenty of games & activities to do too. The property is set in a quiet space just on the edge of Cheltenham. We walked back from the centre which was about 25 minutes."

"Elm Bank is a beautiful cottage in a perfect location in Lower Swell. The listing is accurate, if anything the pictures do not quite show you how large the cottage is. We were more than comfortable as a group of six adults. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, the fridge is expansive, and there's plenty of storage for food and other necessities. "Perfect cottage for myself and a friend. Great location for us, very peaceful but close enough to nearby towns and a stone’s throw from the local pub The Kings Head where everyone was very welcoming. The owners of the cottage had thought of everything! It was beautifully decorated and dressed…absolutely faultless. "My partner and I stayed here after using their spa - which in itself made it worth the trip, the spa is lovely - and we stayed for a single night. There is a lot of parking, and it’s free! All the staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast was great quality. It’s a bit on the ‘older’ side and our floor was a little uneven, but the bed was super comfortable and I’d go back in a heartbeat!"

"Lovely comfortable beds surprisingly spacious rooms. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. The facilities are wonderful clean and easy to use. Only one downside there is no lift to facilitate anyone with disabilities to the different levels. Absolutely perfect for our needs though and will be going back. "

"Everything about the hotel was good. Only 2 feedback- swimming pool size is not as big as it looks on photo. We had dinner in the restaurant. The main waitress was excellent. There was another guy from bar area who was helping her out. He was rude. He should not be working there if he does not like the job. All the staffs could not do any more for us. But this guy is ruining hard work of rest of the team. "

Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham, an IHG Hotel

"The location is fantastic, on the high street with so many restaurants and shops on its doorstep. Our room was comfortable bug enough for 3 adults. The only thing I would say is the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, you could feel the springs as you turned. And alsi recommend changing the kettles from metal to plastic as my roommate burned herself using it. The breakfast was amazing with such a good selection "
