"Our stay lasted three nights and four days. The accommodations were great, lots of room, and very comfortable. The upstairs barn apartment was cozy, quiet (nobody was in the downstairs apt), and well-situated for our itinerary. We visited 6 waterfalls, 23 covered bridges, and 4 other points of interest. We would have seen some more, but it rained a good part of one day and we skipped a few."

"Wish we had been able to stay longer & enjoy the outdoors. We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament for the weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or relax outside. It was a great place to wake up to! So much better then a hotel! Will definitely look into for next year!"

"The Canaan apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen with gas stove, full size fridge and has enough counter space to cook. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is so convenient. "It was perfect for our 4 day stay. There were 5 adults and we managed just fine with one full bath ( & a half bath) a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. It was so close to everything.The property was clean & cozy. We loved the gas stove for heat. The property owner is a great communicator and offers a wonderful property."

"Great place for 2 couples to relax and enjoy the fall sights.Only problem was the master bedroom bath. The bathtub drain was blocked and took 30 minutes to drain the water. Property owner was unable to get a plumber over the weekend, so I removed the stopper cleaned a lot of hair and waste, replaced the stopper and bathtub drained real good after that. "

"We were staying here for a Tuck/Dartmouth reunion. It was a mix of adults and 4 kids (ages 5-8). We LOVED this spot. It's super easy to get to, right off the highway but felt really secluded and special. "This cabin is absolutely perfect. This was exactly what we needed as a little weekend getaway. Perfect for 2 people. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful loved the rustic look. Hot tub and fire pit were a perfect spot for relaxing on the cooler nights. Iron Rail Pub was great for food and the locals were super nice. The hose was very pleasant to deal with answered questions very quickly. Will definitely be booking again here."
