"I recently stayed at a VRBO rental property, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite a certification sticker indicating recent cleaning, the room was unclean and unkempt. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and unchanged, giving the impression that someone had been lounging in them while watching TV. The bathroom was in a terrible state, with dirty towels strewn about and no toilet paper provided. To make matters worse, the toilet didn't flush at all (so my apologies...

The restaurant was closed and the washer and dryers were broken - all of which was not Deb’s fault. The listing also had a hot tub and hairdryer which we weren’t present. However the pool and shower were wonderful!"

"This apartment was perfect for my daughter and me. The bed was comfortable as was the futon. A nice bathroom and kitchen area was great for us. The outside deck was a perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning. The owner and his family were so friendly. We will definitely come back here when in the area!"

"The place we stayed in Naples was god. The unit is in a resort-complex that was once a high-end facility with numerous amenities. It does show it's age. The pool is exceptionally large and beautiful. The units were located a 10 minute drive from 2 national/state parks where we saw manatees and a variety of native birds. Overall, it was a good deal for the price."
