"Front desk clerk was not the happiest. Tried to check in early. Room was ready but was told there was a 50 early check in fee. Never had that happen before. Last time got water and cookies not this time. Parking went up also."

"Great stay, really comfy bed, amazing gym, and easy check in. only complaint was the food was average and the bartender was more concerned with finding people to get “wasted” with him the next day and also dropping F’bombs left and right within ear shot of patrons. Other than that, the hotel was really really good"

"I stayed for 3 nights with my wife and kid, everything was sweet and smooth, I arrived before the check in and they offered to take care of my luggage meanwhile the room was ready so I can go and start knowing the beauty of the city, the room was perfect for 3 or 4 persons, everything in order and clean, with all the things you need, perfectly located hotel, near the metro lines, the millennium park, the museum, the block 37, etc, etc and finally the check in and check out is effortless,...

"this hotel was very convenient for our stay! It was quiet but accessible to do other things. Our room was cleaned every day when we were out. We had a problem with the shower and they sent someone right up. Truly enjoyed my stay for the price and location. Will come again! "
