Mini getaway
We really enjoyed the property and all the amenities. It was perfect for our group of 10. The location is quiet, the parking space is great. We enjoyed the large kitchen, played games downstairs and used the hot tub each night. Would definitely recommend!

Great Family Thanksgiving
It was the perfect place for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. Large kitchen with newer appliances. Five great bedrooms with 4 lovely bathrooms. Multiple places for family to gather for games , TV or eating. We definitely would rent again!

We thought this was closer to downtown Fargo than it was but property was nice, 8th street was very charming, not many eating places very close but quick access to I-94 … lots of space for the kids

What a great house and location!
"I recently stayed in this wonderful house and it had everything we needed and more! The check-in process was flawless and accurate, and the house was incredibly spacious. There were so many extra features including a garage, hot tub, dartboard, and pool table, and there were TVs throughout the house. I even discovered a bonus music switch in the kitchen which was great for playing tunes. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this gem again. We had 8 adults staying and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably."

Great location
This is in an ideal location. We did a lot of bike riding along the river trails. Easy to get around. There is plenty of space. The garage and patio area was ideal for eating. The only downside: it needs a deep clean. Floors, walls and air vents/grates were filthy.. I would still stay there again…hoping they would clean it better next time.

Great house for a large group
My family came to Fargo for a college graduation. The house is in a perfect location and was large enough for us to spread out but also come together for a meal, movie or games. The pictures accurately reflect the spacious house. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay home and make a meal. The basement had some water issues and the dehumidifier needs to run 24/7 and be emptied at least once a day. I'm guessing this is less of an issue in dryer summer months. One of the rooms had a wet carpet by the sump pump and the mirror on the floor even had water damage. I reached out to the owner on the app a couple of different times but did not get any response about a couple of minor concerns but when I reached out to the numbers listed on the information sheets in the house, they immediately responded and showed up to restock our paper towels and coffee pods. Overall a great house.

Once we contacted the host to figure out the lock, it was good. The house was clean and well furnished. Very comfortable for our group of 7. The house smelled a little musty but once we were in and out the air seemed fresher. Unfortunately, the window well had dead mice in it that were smelly if you opened the window. The dehumidifier worked well - had to empty the water container twice a day, The water container needs a good cleaning. The 1" lip thresholds on the main floor were a real trip hazard. Some were marked well. But you really had to be careful.

We were disappointed with our stay for mainly two reasons. First, my biggest complaint is during our stay there was a decent snow storm and I reached out the the VRBO host via email and the two host numbers listed at the house via text to see if we could check out at 1pm instead of 11am. I received an email from VRBO 30 minutes prior to check out(emailed him the night before) and no response from the two numbers listed at the home. We had no snow removal service at the house. Secondly was the lack of cleanliness. The house could use a good cleaning. (Dusty tables and crumbs on the toaster)It was questionable if some of the towels were clean or dirty as they appeared to be just thrown in a drawer. We enjoyed Fargo but would not stay at this home again. For the cleaning fee they charge I expected a clean house.

This message was sent to host and hasn't had a reply...cut for character limit Hi Laura - Thanks again for your call. We were able to get toilet paper and paper towels from the storage area. Some of the following was mentioned in our phone conversation. We cleaned the cooktop, microwave and coffeemaker. We wiped down all of the counters and island. Quick swipe in the fridge. When we preheated the upper oven, it was so dirty it smoked and filled the house with burnt oven smell. We were surprised the smoke alarm didn't go off! We purchased oven cleaner this morning and cleaned the oven enough to enable us to bake a birthday cake and dinner today without smoking/stinking the place up. We left the lower oven with the greasy pan and mess that was in it upon our arrival. The toaster needs to be replaced. The potholders are dirty, etc.. We were unsure if the bedding was clean since all of the beds were sloppily made. We stripped the three beds we are using and washed all of the bedding. Some of the sheets have rips and and comforters have stains. We laundered towels and a couple of the bathroom rugs. None of the bathrooms had a "just cleaned" look or smell, despite the sanitary strips across the toilet seats. Hair visible on sinks and shower areas. Overall, the property shows general neglect and lack of pride and presentation by the person cleaning for you. Our family stayed for a weekend while attending a wedding. We found this home to be conveniently located and plenty of room for our family of eight ranging from 20 months to 60 years old. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are wonderfully updated and The home is spacious!

Ladies week
The house is in a good location but was very dirty. Floors weren’t swept and were very sticky. Rugs not shaken out. Furniture very dusty. Broken coffee mugs in the cabinet. Yard overgrown. Outdoor trash can overflowing. Would be a nice place to stay if it was cleaned up.
