"The place was gorgeous! The staff were helpful. We only stayed for 1 night but was a special night celebrating partners birthday, they put a balloon in the room for us and also gave a happy birthday dessert to my missus! Made it just that little more special. The beds were comfy with good choice of pillows! View was nice also from room. Pool facilities were nice! Only downside was if wanted to sit on a bed you couldnt as people at towels on them to 'use' them even though everyone was in the pool or away. Would stay here again! Lovely place! Thank you "

"We had a great stay here. The room was comfortable clean and nice views of the pool. The staff were excellent making sure our stay was memorable especially the brown haired girl on reception she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and shown us the highlights of Matlock thank you. Breakfast was great and the bar area with the band and vynl Dj was great. The natural therma swimming pool was unique and great. Life guard was very chatty and helped us understand how it worked from the underground stream. "
