"The property was fine. The room was ok. They did not have a luggage storage facility which caused a large problem for us. I have never had a hotel refuse to store luggage. We were prepared to pay for it and were going to return to the hotel for a further 4 nights on our return from Dublin. We will not be returning to Ibis again. "

"Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."

"It saddens me to say but this is not the same hotel it was 8-9 years ago. I stay frequently, always in a luxury room. The hotel is in need of updating. Things like electric outlets and wall switches and plumbing fixtures often don’t work properly. The carpet is getting sketchy. Also, I often see fairly aggressive upselling on check in, something that never happened in the past. I continue to stay here because the location is unsurpassed. "Excellent place to stay and the presentation and options were fantastic. Loved the TV coming up from the bottom of the bed. However, when I told friends where I’d stayed and attempted to describe the red velvet wallpaper, dimly lit room with leather floors, gold tiled bathroom and leather studded bed & and animal prints, they called me a pervert!!. Still, I’d definitely come again, or should that be stay again."
