"I liked the bedroom with mini fridge tea/coffee making items. I liked the large shower and the fact it was quiet and warm. I didnt like small cups i think mugs would be better. The extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, there is a little mold around the shower tray. The bathroom floor needs grouting in parts. The garden is a big eyesore full of weeds etc not useable for anyone staying. The whole property was spotlessly clean. I had no english tea bags in my room but found some in the kitchen...

"We loved our break away, would recommend a rail on the stairs in the middle living room as little ones got under it to easy and very high. Internet was hit and miss but we expected it, an amazing house and one would say to stay at."

"The purpose of our stay was for my elderly parents to have a small break and I chose this property as being suitable for their needs. Our expectations were definitely fulfilled. It is beautiful property in a pretty setting. Highlights for us was that being all on one level was easy for my elderly parents. Access to the pool was easy, the pool was lovely and warm and nice to have to ourselves. The full size snooker table was an added bonus and the snooker player amongst us made full use of it!...

"Beautiful accommodation one minute walk from Woodstock High Street and square. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Bus stop to Oxford at end of road and costs £2. We stayed in Tailors suite which is a self contained flat, as opposed to studio flat, access to lovely garden and off road parking. Highly recommend this property. Our host Pauline was absolutely lovely, very welcoming and made us feel at home. All in all, a perfect stay!"

Neighborhood felt very safe and was close to grocery store and bus lines. "A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."
