I was pleased with this property and did a return visit to this property during my stay in South Africa. It is clean and comfortable and close to SeaPoint beach. The area at night, however, was quite sketchy but overall ok. Mojo Market is right across the street and has a wide array of food options. The units are set up like a suite with a stove and balcony so that was a plus. The bathroom was a bit small but the rest of the unit was very spacious and the bed was very spacious.

"Loved the property and the staff. Only issue we had was when it rained hard we could hear it constantly in the room on second floor - beyond what I would say is normal for a hotel. It sounded like there was a tin roof instead of a ceiling. The staff and food was incredible and same with overall rooms. ..."
