"The grounds were beautifully manicured with vast, blossoming flowers and shrubs. Pool is tastefully decorated and up kept. Unsure about the private seating areas for rent. Nobody rented the spaces duing my stay, while there wasn't enough seating for others at the pool. People sat on the pool patio. "I have stayed here 2 years in a row now. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is, rooms are clean and spacious. Perfect location close to the beach and walkable distance to the boardwalk but not so close for all the noise, quiet and peaceful. Love the hot tub, was the reason I chose this place originally. "
