"Location is key. Easy walk to the Marginal Way entrance and to Oguinquit playhouse. Overall, it is a great place to stay. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here many times and will return. There were some small disappointments, such as sparsely filled vending machines and therefore no late night snacks. The onsite pub used to have quite good food, but sadly it has declined to the point we no longer go there. "

"Fun location in a classic American seaside town, great spot for a couple of Nova Scotians to explore the area and make a daytrip to Boston. Room was a little old and cramped but clean enough and functional, although a microwave would have been good.
