"Receptionist Lyn absolutely fantastic customer service and was a great help making the check in process so easy. Great location in city centre. Amazing apartment with all the mod cons. One minor downside was the apartment was very hot no air con or not sure if air con was working."

"Loved the hotel, arrived at 2pm to be told room wasnt ready but if we wanted early check in we could pay £45, it seems like a sales pitch as we already paid £250 for 1 night without breakfast. Also told to park in St Annes carpark at £4 per night but when we got there it was £15 if you didnt park in their designated bays but they didnt tell us prior to check in where they were."
