"We received a PIN number on the lock box wen entering to gain access to the apartment, was the wrong passcode waited hours and hours before gaining access, owner was not answering phone, after finally gaining access to property the entire apartment was filthy, no milk supplied, cobwebs everywhere, terrible condition, terrible state with a baby in toe, no communication from the owners, would highly recommend you stay away from this place. "Clean and comfortable with lots of added touches like ear plugs although the area wasn’t too noisy. Great cafes and supermarket just down the road and on the bay so lovely location to take a walk. I loved the real plant growing in the bathroom. My one negative was that the tiles in the shower were a bit slippery which I think Was from too much cleaning product"

"I loved my stay at Rye Hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. It had a great pool view. The pool was sparkling, and beautiful and a nice size and depth. I thoroughly enjoyed my swims. The food at the adjacent bistro was delicious and well-priced and there was a discount for accommodation guests. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well-positioned opposite the beach and foreshore and next to the main shopping strip. It is a lovely area to stay in."
