"The property was situated in a great location pretty much on the beach!! It had a Cole’s convenience just opposite which was great. For the price we paid - we got a bargain for a weekend of exploring. Though, downside are in the small units, walls are very thin so was awoken both nights by our neighbours at early hours in the morning. Our main unit door did not lock properly from the inside - but fine from the outside. Great ameneties within the unit, including microwave, toaster, fridge, tea,...

"It was a newly renovated room, they are still renovating the outside. Can park car and easy to call uber or head to Highett station. Clean and nice! The aircon is a new Mitsubishi with cold and warm functions. Lovely hotel! "

"Excellent overall experience. The team at the front desk was the best I have seen for a while. Paul (sorry don't know his surname) stood out owing to his excellent communication and customer care skills. He should be treated as an asset to the organisation and asked to teach such skills at other venues too. Room was good too but a little suggestion regarding sliding doors, not the best as they always cause a little noise and slide open while in the middle of you busy doing some really important stuff!! Will plan to stay again soon. Thanks."
