"The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a clean smell, look and feel. We were very pleased with our room. The bathroom is indeed small but had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location was nice and quiet. We will definitely be returning in the spring/summer with the rest of the family. "

"I had a very nice stay with 2 exceptions but it was not enough to really make a difference. 1) the flooring had gaps and pinched my feet. Made me bleed it pinch so hard on one foot. 2) I asked for a later check out when I checked in and was told 1 pm was ok but at check out was told 12 noon was the latest. So I had to rush and leave. I asked to not be disturbed but house keeping knocked at 11. But over all I did enjoy my stay. It was very quiet and pleasant. I would stay again and bought the membership."

"One of my favorite places to stay in Flagstaff. The rooms are elegant. The amenities and the lobby are very nice. The staff are always ready to serve. The trails behind the property are pretty. "
