We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

"I would agree with other reviews but to offer a different perspective, we chose this rental for two reasons, location & access for one of us using a wheelchair. Our experience of trying to book rentals has shown that people advertising rentals are generally scared of confirming accessibility because it is so personal and subjective. Generally, what is needed is photos of thresholds/steps/WCs etc for people to make their own mind up. We "

"Despite the fact that the house go back to the former century it is very well maintained it has a lot of charme with a huge garden and beautifull trees. Inside the house everything is present ..just buy your fresh food and you are set . Also the location is perfect , directly near a cosy village with fresh bakeries and bouchers, only less then 20 min driving from Honfleur and Deauville."

"Sylvie and Hubert were excellent hosts who made us feel very welcome. The house is set in a lovely location, and it was great to have the pool during the heatwave. Nearby Bernay is an amazing town -- don't miss the Saturday market."

"This suited us (a family of 3) on the whole. I think it's fair to mention for those sensitive to such things, as others have, that you can hear occupants' movements above. However, it's easy to forgive this given obvious age and charm of the building and its lovely location. Kindly given feedback to owner; a low-key reading light by or above the bed is very welcome when on holiday. "

"Staff were excellent, a conference had just finished as we arrived and it would have been been easy to have overlooked new arrivals but the staff were excellent and ensured we were looked after well. The restaurant on site was good and offered reasonable food, bar had great selection and room enabled a good nights sleep comfortable bed. "

"We have stayed twice at this excellent hotel travelling from and to the UK. Good secure parking right next to the hotel. Pet friendly except your pet cannot go in the breakfast room. Very clean. Two local restaurants 2 minutes walk away. we have used the burger/beer bar twice and it is excellent. Nearby McDonalds if you just want a snack."
