Terrible housekeeping and the rooms amenities don’t work there are no lights in the pool area bathrooms the hot jets barely work it’s either that or the fixture that controls the jets is messed up.they allow guests to bring dogs in the the dining area and where proper are constantly moving about what if they were to attack somebody or their child the manger is a fraud I spoke up about a lady with a dog in there where the tables and things are he looked me in my face and said he spoke to the lady about it and told her she couldn’t have her dog in there that it was nasty however later on I saw a different lady with another dog it’s crazy that that place is supposedly upgraded what a joke

I was followed around by an unmarked black car, passengers followed me through the hotels, drinking and weed being smoked in the parking lot all night. Weed odour in hallways and elevators. Never again

Room wasn’t ready at check in had to wait a half hour passed check in then was also over charged $146 more than I was told my stay would be on hotels . Com room & fees were supposed to be 88.98 + $100 deposit when I got home checked my bank they charged me $346.98 ??? Not happy

clean and comfortable room.
I just needed a place to sleep after having picked up extra shifts at work. I didn't see anywhere, when picking the room, that I would need a 100 dollar deposit, after paying for the room with a card. When I stated that I wasn't aware of the need for a deposit the clerk was pretty dismissive "it's on our website". If so, it probably should be more prominent, also I went thru the hotels website to book, not the red roof in website. If I had known I could maybe have brought cash and not had to wait 3 to 5 days for the deposit to be refunded on my card. Otherwise the stay was fine, Bed was comfortable and shower was hot and had great water pressure. After working 12 hours and having to be back in 7 hours, that was all I was needing.

Desk clerk was very nice. Easy to converse with. Staining the doors while you have people are staying there is NOT a good idea. I am extremely knowledgeable about stain. It is very toxic to lungs. Upon checking out, the desk clerk informed visitors of doors being sanded and warned them of dust. Again, should NOT be done while visitors are there. Shutting down for reno would be a lot cheaper than a lawsuit!!! You had a spot to rate the eco and i didnt select a high or low. If that referred to eco friendly, it didnt go low enough. Your pillows are horrible!!! Your afternoon clerk definitely saved this review.

Other guests on our floor were extremely loud around 10-12 pm, and then were yelling in the hallway at 3-4 am. Rooms were basic, however, clean. Front desk staff when checking in and out were kind and friendly.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. I wish the beds would have been more comfortable. I think the place is haunted because my TV kept turning on at night. It did it about three times.. I think people live there as well, but they keep it pretty undercover..
