This property is tired and dated and while they've tried to spruce it up a bit, the mould in the bathroom should not be there and the towels are old and threadbare. The sound insulation between rooms was terrible. We will not stay here again.

Well what can I say.... We booked 2 nights at the Grand Hotel Du Parc on our way back up to the UK as a stopover from driving to relax. £66 per night £11 Euros for Breakfast (which we didn't have) The village of Florac is something I've never encountered before. Likened to Hot Fuzz 😂... Not a soul around in the evening when we arrived. We walked the alleyways through people's gardens whilst eating there tea looking for a restaurant 🙈 We found the restaurant that did drinks, bruchetta and Lasagne. Genourous pourings of wine and lovely beer with lovely food and staff. We were the only English there but felt very much welcome in the village and the hotel. A very picturesque village with lots of walking routes (which we didn't do) but I've never seen anything quite like it and it was an experience for sure. A positive one all the same. The hotel.. So people say you get what you pay for. Fantastic value for money. The setting of the hotel ie the gardens and pool is just beautiful. We had it pretty much to ourselves both days and absolutely zero complaints. The room was adequately sized. Definitly like a time warp back to 80s with with the decor but I found it quite charming. If your walking up the twirly stairs don't go slow as the lights are on timers and you may end up in darkness 😂 The room was spotless. The only downside was no AC or Fan in the room and it was quite stuffy of the night even with the balcony door left open. Overall a good stay.

Bel hĂŽtel d'Ă©poque qui est restĂ© dans son jus. LogĂ©e dans un bĂątiment annexe, cĂŽtĂ© rue, la chambre Ă©tait bruyante. La fenĂȘtre ne se fermait pas bien. Demande de changement de chambre. Les chambres ne sont pas trĂšs spacieuses et sont vieillottes. Vraiment dommage ce manque d'entretien

Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet war unpraktisch angeordnet, das Personal nicht hilfsbereit, es wĂŒrde, noch wĂ€hrend die GĂ€ste innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeit frĂŒhstĂŒckten, die Tische und StĂŒhle umgestellt und ein Teil der Speisen schon abgedeckt. Im Eingangsbereich wurde gesaugt und versucht den bereits bezahlten Übernachtungspreis nochmal in Rechnung zu stellen.

This was a 1900 hotel with heaps of character. It had on-site parking, a restaurant which was full the first night so had to go elsewhere and very limited options. Was a basic room with a hand held shower over the bath. Enjoyed our short stay in the Parc setting allowing us to enjoy the surrounding area.

Hotel à la déco tres viellote. Piscine et parc superbe Chambre exiguëe mais avec un petit balcon sympa. Literie defoncée et inconfortable. Le plus désagréable a été de découvrir que l'hotel nous avait réservé la pire table en plein milieu d'un passage de porte ou en plus passent tous les serveurs. Devant la volonté evidente du personnel à ne pas vouloir nous trouver une autre solution alors qu'il y avait d'autres tables disponibles nous avons diné à Florac au restaurant "chez les paysans" et là franchement je vous le recommande

HÎtel à l'ancienne mais confortable et restauration fort honorable. L'accÚs à l'hÎtel nécessite de gravir un escalier en pierre d'une douzaine de marches. L'accÚs à certaines chambres, dont celle qui m'avait été attribuée demande également de gravir quelques marches (et sans main courante). Donc si vous avez des difficultés de mobilité et en particulier pour les personnes vieillissantes, evitez cet hÎtel

Die Dinge, die (nach wie vor) verbesserungswĂŒrdig sind: Nicht existente Klimaanlage, muffiger Geruch morgens aus Duschabfluss, schlechtes Wi-Fi, Zigarettenstummel und Kronkorken im hoteleigenen Park (d. h. es sollte hĂ€ufiger gereinigt werden). Zum Positiven: Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool, nettes Personal, hervorragendes Abendessen zu fairem Preis. Zimmer zum Park hin sind ruhig. Neuwertige Dusche. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis.
