It was a gorgeous,spacious room with sublime toiletries. Great location and bonus that it was just a short walk to Elche. The pool was great. Lady on reception very professional,helpful and great sense of humour too.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I found it extremely hard to leave the beautiful hotel during the day, it was a slice of paradise and found it hard to believe in a city. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. What a beautiful hotel! I was a solo traveller and felt very safe and relaxed staying her.

The hotel has great installations but it needs a better maintenance and care. Rooms are pretty confortables but are not well maintained. We reported that the blackout of our curtain was tear down and let the sun in in the morning but they never came to repair it. Also we reported that the shower drain was clogged but that also was not fixed.
