"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

"The private heated indoor pool was a real highlight for us. The host was friendly and welcoming and communication was good. The property is well-equipped and in a good location. There is a cycle path nearby that takes you into the local town. There’s a choice of local supermarkets, a McDonald’s, a park with mini golf etc. Dieppe is a nice seaside town about 45 minutes drive away, there’s a good theme park about 30 minutes away, the labyrinth maze about 10 mins away and wildlife parks etc too....

However, it's easy to forgive this given obvious age and charm of the building and its lovely location. "This is a lovely house and large enough for extended family. great walled garden for kids and dogs. Nice peaceful area and lots of space inside. Great conservator with table. Possibly some areas need a little updating (electrics and some furniture). Also somewhere to keep clothes needed in downstairs bedroom. Info on site mostly okay but phone number for host is missing a number and she doesn't seem to get messages through VRBO but will reply to texts. Very helpful once she knows you are asking"

"The house is a large, beautiful gite with everything we required for our stay; good facilities, clean and a well maintained pool on a daily basis. The property is situated on a hill side allowing for unspoilt scenery in the sunshine. The owners were incredibly helpful, had very speedy responses and allowed us to book on the day! Keen to meet our needs on arrival and could be contacted throughout the stay. Pavilly, a small town is 4km in distance with a supermarket, garage, pharmacy etc....
