The room was quite hot (25 degrees C) by its own electronic thermometer. I tried shutting it off in my room and asking the front desk, but to no effect."

"Gabriella and Fausto are amazing hosts. He is a gentleman and was very helpful in every aspect of our stay. Air conditioning in the room breakfast was available for us in our room 24/7. The staff were very accommodating, and the kids loved the choice - it was probably their favourite part of our visit.
