Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio downtown Forest City. This cute, upstairs unit provides all the necessities and the prime location means it's just a short walk to shopping, restaurants, Waldorf University, Winnebago Industries, public library and so much more!
This studio apartment is completely private and quiet. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster oven. Comfortable, yet sun faded, easy chair and alarm clock with wireless charging sit next to the double bed.
Other things to note
Plenty of parking is available in the city parking lot at the entrance to the apartment. An overnight parking permit is provided.

Very comfortable. Extended stay of 9 days awaiting birth of a granddaughter. Close to Garner where family lives. Enjoyed the small town. Good walking trails.

OK but has a few problems.
No thermostat to control HVAC. It was less than 60 degrees in apt. Host advised to use space heater to warm up (in july). Upstairs neighbors were the party crowd with loud music.
