Italian interior in wooded area near TIEC

Beautiful small home designed after many trips to Italy!. Located in a peaceful neighborhood tucked in a wooded area! It has all the amenities you need to feel at home.

We are 12 miles from the Tryon Equestrian Center, 20 min to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and 1 hour or less away to many beautiful mountains, waterfalls and outdoor activities!


5-8 minutes away, you can find an Ingles supermarket with a Starbucks and gas station, a Walmart, an ALDI and other convenient stores.


After going to Italy, Spain, Morocco, Mexico and many other beautiful countries, we wanted to bring some of that beauty our way. You will notice this on the beautiful walls in this cottage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the things you’ll need such as Keurig, coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, toaster, blender....etc.

We now have a GRILL.!!!. You can dine in, and avoid restaurants or eat out by the fire pit! :)

After a nice day out, you can enjoy your evening on the porch (or fire pit seating area) listening to the birds or inside catching up on your favorite TV show. We provide Cable as well as Netflix. Our king bed will give you a good night rest to wake up the next day feeling ready for a new adventure.

In the bathroom you’ll find clean towels , hand soap and some toiletries.
In case you need to do a wash, we provide a washer and dryer for your convenience.

PET FEE: If you bring a pet with you, PLEASE select that you’re bringing a dog with you and the pet fee will automatically be charged. If you forget to select this, we’ll send you a money request with the pet fee amount.

If you’re traveling with family or friends and want to stay near each other, but not in the same house, we have 2 separate houses on the same property. Each house has 1 bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in each living room that will fit 2 more.

Relax in the evening outside by the fire pit. Dimmable lights will keep the light just right for the perfect atmosphere.

Here is what we’re doing in an effort to keep our guests safe during COVID-19:

-We open all windows for at least one hour after every stay.
- All bedding, including Duvet cover is washed after every stay.
-All high touch surfaces are disinfected: light switches, door handles, lamps, blind handles, etc.
-We’ve left cleaning supplies for your use while in the cottage.
