"I liked that the hotel was close to the JR train station. There were eating options nearby, but there seemed to be very few actual grocery stores, just convenience stores. The area also seemed to be somewhat run down. But again, the hotel itself was good, and the breakfast was good."

"I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back after 5 years a little different. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Pillow smells like it hasn't change at all. Curtains has a lot of stains and air conditioning not working well. This hotel need to refurbish or improve on the cleaning. If i return to Hirosaki, I will opp for another hotel."

Staff were helpful but to improve on their English language speaking as they use translator to communicate, very time consuming. Breakfast area was very small and cramped. At time need to wait for a while to get a table. Parking lots were very limited, need to come in early before 4pm to get a lot else to park at next private car parking area."

"Modern hotel. Big room. Everything clean. Lovely bath and excelent shower. Good fridge. Amasing view from two windows. Good breakfast. Efficient staff. WiFi works well. Supermarket Lawson works 24 hours and you can walk in it from hotel. Very close to the station, bus terminal and several fish markets. Lovely shopping around and at the station. "The room was small but everything you need was there. Very clean. There is natural spring water bath on the 10th floor which I loved. The relaxing room next to it smelled a bit cigarette. The washing machine is free and the dryer is ¥100 for 20 minutes. The hospital is near by and you might hear ambulance sometimes."
