Hotel Property is set up well to accommodate guests who are arriving for cruises from the Cruise Terminal. Convenient shuttle from airport to/from hotel, and vendors to move guests and their bags to the cruise terminals. Property is modern and there are restaurants, grocery stores, etc within walking distance from the hotel.

I booked this hotel because it had a free shuttle from the airport. When I landed I found out the shuttle was not running, and I was advised to take a taxi and promised by the manager it would be reimbursed. I have had to chase 5x over a month the taxi refund, and every time I am told they will make it but I have to send the receipt on email, or call back, or contact Expedia. At this point I think it’s evident that the manager is lying and making promises they don’t intend to keep. I would advise against staying here, especially if you see the shuttle as a convenient option - it doesn’t work and you’ll end up paying $20 out of pocket for a 5 minute ride anyways.
