The staff here was so amazing. scott and dana were absolutely incredible. Always there to help out and friendly. Food was great. Ordered food we thought would be greasy was not and tasted fabulous... any time we stay in fort lauderdale it will be here and will recommend to all my friends

A well-appointed hotel near the beach. We arrived early in the morning after disembarking a cruise ship and were told we could leave our luggage in the storage room and return at 11 for a room, which we were glad about. The room wasn't cleaned very well (the mirrors had streaks on them, a plastic bag was under the TV console, the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped - shoeprints were visible), but the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and sundeck areas were nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were lots of options, including a sign asking staff for gluten free options (bread that was toasted in a separate area), which I greatly appreciate since I have Celiac disease. The staff were happy to provide us a late check out and call a taxi for us upon our leave.

At 6 in the morning someone was banging on my door could not get any sleep after that no one even apologize I guess they were looking for someone but I was woken up in my only night of stay trying to rest. In breakfast I was asked for my name more than once and room number as if I didn’t pay something I felt very awkward and I was the only one in the room being asked that. I felt horrible and embarrassed. I was never given a balcony with city view as I paid for. I felt like I paid to have a bad time. I don’t think I am coming to this place again.
