When we arrived the check in was ok although I was told I would get my refund back and didn’t. The toilet had POOP ON IT ANTS WERE ON THE DRESSER. I was very disappointed I complained but got tired of calling. The renovations started early mornings so you couldn’t sleep.

We booked our stay and was not told it was under construction. It was noisy all day, so couldn’t rest. I asked to move rooms and told I would have to pay for an uograde…??!! Charged a daily “resort fee”??? This is not a resort. A hotel under construction with a pool is not a resort! Breakfast had limited items and same every morning. One person making omelette and long line….

Unfortunately they were doing construction which was the type that unfortunately triggers my PTSD as a disabled vet. I would love to stay there in the future I just couldn’t not manage through this.
