I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near the Fort Lauderdale airport. However, the "free" airport shuttle service was extremely unreliable. When I called the hotel, the staff informed me that the shuttle operated on-demand. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 45 minutes before finally giving up and ordering an Uber to get to the hotel. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing, especially after relying on the promise of a shuttle service. The room was clean and the happy hour from 4 to 6pm was an added bonus!

Our room was facing the highway. Extremely noisy. Could not sleep at all. Asked if we could switch rooms and was told fully booked. Front desk suggested to turn on the white noise device. What a joke! Instead, we heard loud swooshing sound throughout the room.

Second stay at this hotel. It is a nice place to stay and we always are happy to have the airport shuttle. We arrived before lunch and they stored our luggage for us while we explored the Fort Lauderdale area, since it was too early to check in. Everything was nice and clean!
