I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns. This was by far the worst. No towel for the floor when exiting the shower, no vending machines, breakfast area was poorly stocked, breakfast attendant was too busy talking with guests rather than replenishing food items. We had to tell the manager that loud music was still on in the room next door at 2 a.m.! Won’t be going back.

The door to our room had to be pulled and/or closed with great force to get it to open and/or closed therefore making it very noisy. The elevator is a bit rackety as well. Dust on the lampshades in the room. The front desk staff and the breakfast guy were very good!

My Room was dirty and stuffy. I was put in a handicap room, because I requested a queen size. That didn't make any sense to me so I asked to be moved to a different room, and I was told that all there queen size were handicapped rooms .

I was given a room with the front door hinges were loose. I had to lift the door to be able to close it. I was just so tired when I checked in I didn’t care in the morning. The person in the room next to me said he had that room and told him the door was broken. They changed his room, but gave it to me. The bet was very uncomfortable and the carpeting needs to be shampooed stained I won’t be staying here again.
