I didnt like the conditions of the walls in the lobby area and along the hallways. Looks damaged and ruined or maybe under renovation. But no renovation signs were posted. Wifi qaulity wasnt that good. But what i liked, the room was clean and comfortable, had a fridge, microwave, and clean bathroom. So i give the room Quality a 5 star. Outside hotel was quiet an peaceful at night. I'd recommend for short visits for individual or group stay.

When I made this reservation, it was last minute and I thought the pricing was fair. However, I arrived at the property to find that it was under major renovations, and no notice was given by Expedia. We stayed one of the two nights. The construction noise was so loud it was intolerable. The elevators in the lobby were not working, and the one in the back of the hotel worked sporadically. While I applaud the effort of the renovations, we should have been told. I never would’ve agreed to stay there. I checked out early. The hotel did provide a discount and refund the second night that we did not stay. I hope after the renovations that property does well, but they have unfortunately what appeared a long road ahead

Not recommended for price. It should be half the price. I only saw one staff member at front desk. We had to switch rooms because the room was set at 70 degrees and the heat wasn’t working. The bathtub drained slowly. The elevator lights don’t light up for floors 3 and 4. The back door entrance should be locked and secure and no room key was needed to enter. The front desk girl brought us a charger when she came our way so we appreciated her.

I really like La Quinta on Cypress Creek Road but they treated me so poorly today I will never come back they were rude very rude threatening me I'm done with this place I will never recommend another La Quinta ever because the one in Deerfield is horrible too

Hotel is nice and well located. Staff is very nice. Actually the hotel is involved in renovation so there are several areas in construction. Some areas does not looks good including the back door that is always open.

Very dirty as it’s going thought a renovation . Staff try their best , but not worth the stay for a few months until renovations end . Reno work at best is also a rushed paint job . Very disappointing at the stay .
