Do not go here! Not enough water pressure or volume to shower Toilet wouldn’t flush No remote and didn’t have one to give me Smells terrible. Luckily I was by myself. The 1 star is for the sheets did appeared to be clean. Still……. Do not go to this hotel

Within the first 1/2 hour of checking in. Room did not have a dresser..no towels..went to reception area, was told that someone will bring a dresser to the room..now my key card did not work..went back to receptionist,,,new key card...again not working...changed rooms...new room, no tv, no garbage can...change room again...in new room, no hangers, no garbage can, no towels, television not working, went to receptionist complaining, she wanted me to change rooms, I said that the right thing to do is to make sure everything is in working order well stocked before assigning a room to a guest. A few minutes later 3 employees came up and delivered towels, garbage can and 3 that worked on the television. Eventually they figured out that the remote that was there did not belong to the television. Now, they would go around and try to find one. They finally did. a couple of hours later, i was going to meet a family member in the lobby, I was sitting for about 20 minutes, I could not believe the characters that were arriving. Young men with slippers and pants , young ladies with shower caps, another with a blanket on her shoulders...in the short time that i was in the lobby, about 25 persons walked in and no one asked to see if they were guests or not. Security is an issue. When my family member arrived, he was afraid to park his car, there were a small group of men in the parking area, The next morning, ,my 95 year old mother and I checked out of the nightmare hotel.

It’s worst than a motel! The doors are broken, unsafe, the pee smell is everywhere! Not sure why it’s on expedia on the first place…it’s a shame to even post it here. There was literally a line of people trying to cancel after seeing the room

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was so disgustingly dirty. Febreze over black mold disgusting. There was paint all over the floors, it stank of mildew, and was unbeleviably expensive. All of the emergency exits are locked from the inside which is illegal, an osha violation and insanely unsafe. The staff is rude. The place is unsafe. Please stay somewhere else

It was a horrible experience...I sat in the lobby 3 hours waiting on my room and the staff was not friendly or helpful plus I paid over 100 dollars for a room that was dirty with no refrigerator and I'm really lucky that I brought my own towel and washcloth because there was only one towel in the bathroom this place was falling apart and the hospitality was zero I will not be going back

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever been to, the hallways had fans because the carpets were soaked in water and obviously it smelled horrible musty, the room was super dirty, they don't give you blankets, you can only cover yourself with a sheet, and the water in the bathtub was stagnant

Property looked nothing like it did online. Dirty and needs renovation badly. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm which is rather late and I couldn’t check in until 6pm!! The room was dirty. Refrigerator didn’t work. 1 microwave for the entire hotel. No ice. Tv didn’t work. It was just awful

This was the worst customer service I have experience, book the hotel out even did not have room for us even though we had a reservation and called before arriving. Plus the lady at the nigth shift had a horrible attitude with us.

The property should not be open. All amenities are closed/nonfunctional. The rooms had damage to the walls, furniture, and doors. There were bugs, the linen appeared used and the pillows didn’t match. All the dresser drawers were broken and inoperable. The mini-fridge did not keep items cold and the tvs were outdated. There is a noise ordinance but the hotel has a club indoors. I will not recommend nor return here
