I called in the morning to ask about an early check-in and was told that would be possible…but they didn’t want my name or reservation number which was odd. When we arrived around 1 pm, it was very difficult to find me an appropriate room with two beds. It took three people consulting, both computers, and quiet asides to finally find something…with one bed and a handicap room with no bathroom counter. Not a great way to plan ahead when someone calls and asks for early check-in.

This was my first hotel stay in almost 10 years and because of the way I was treated I’m not going back to the bed and breakfast. This hotel is located close to everything and I will certainly be staying there again.
