"This was my Second stay at Residency so this stay was more as a friend and less as a guest! I got a very warm welcome by concierge Rajesh who couldn't have been more delighted to see the passenger emerging from the taxi! His customary Good Morning Maam immediately turned into a shriek of delight. Sushant at the desk had very kindly already arranged for an early check in for me. After a quick freshen up in my lovely room in the annexe next door I went for breakfast where Peter welcomed me back!...

"This delightful boutique hotel is enhanced by the wonderful staff under the management of Hemond who is extremely welcoming and made our visit memorable. The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms are immaculately clean and the WiFi is the best we have experienced in any of the hotels we have stayed in. "This is a great little hotel, the rooms are small, similar to what you would expect in Singapore. The hotel finish is very nice and it is very clean. We only needed a room overnight as we were catching a train in the morning and it is close to the station. We regularly stay in the Fort area and in other hotels of this quality but with larger rooms we pay double the room cost. Staff need some training on how to engage customers better and read customer booking requests."
