Latitude 26 property was wonderful. Very clean and nicely decorated in the room and around the property. There were many areas to sit and enjoy our time, including on the canal. It is located less than 3 miles to the beach, which is walkable if you’re able. We will definitely stay there again.

It’s perfect cozy quiet easy to get to shopping dinning and the beach clean with a nice pool and fast and yummy breakfast in the cabanas in the back by the pool it was a perfect stay and yes there is a trolly in the front to take you to the beach and Walmart is a block away plus Publix

Amarilys at the front desk is amazing! She alone made my visit to Fort Myers exceptional! She provided help with my reservation, had excellent recommendations for bars and restaurants, and was there for anything I needed. The staff was very pleasant. The room was adequate for my brief stay. They would benefit from some room darkening curtains, the outside lights were extremely bright and stayed on all night. Overwhelming amount of air freshener, plus a very large but dead cockroach on the floor my last morning. Beautiful sunset view over the marina. I wanted to love this place but the roach was pretty gross.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but we could hear the tv in the next room, and the one small window let almost no natural light into the main room. Breakfast was basic continental, no protein. Some of the other rooms seemed to have a larger window, but our king room was not very inviting to spend much time in.
