"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

The beds were so comfortable and have never slept so well. It was peaceful and relaxing and was lovely to hear the church bells even through the night. "We stayed for a week during the Literary Festival. The flat is on the first floor and has an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner plus a bedroom and a separate bathroom. It is a reasonable size for two people and well equipped. There was one small error in the VRBO listing which shows a tumble dryer picture whereas the flat offers a clothes stand dryer instead. Not a big issue but one to bear in mind. Otherwise we had a great time. The flat is convenient for the High Street end of the town and...

The living area was a great space for relaxing in the evening as we put our 2 year old to sleep in the bedroom. "We loved this place as soon as we set our eyes on it, both from the outside and the inside. Plenty of space in all rooms and everything else that you'd need, from wood to make a fire to a few biscuits and tea. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Lovely grounds too. Not too far from the hills for walking or visiting nearby villages and towns. Plenty of local walks too. The pub up the road, The Butchers Arms serves excellent food as well as drinks. All in all, an excellent place to stay. Thank you. "
