"SO nice that each couple had a queen or king sized bed and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Hot tub was a huge bonus after long days on your feet at the theme parks. Very nice house in a beautiful area convenient to the Disney parks."

"We arrived at check in time on our son’s 6th birthday to a property that had NOT BEEN CLEANED! I was told to wait for it to be cleaned or get refunded leaving no place to go with our dog. I was even told to leave the dog with the cleaning crew! WHAT! We had to find a new house to check in and take our dog to, we never made it to the birthday dinner! I have still NOT been refunded. "As seniors we much enjoyed our time there because of the above. Our room was very clean. The appliances were dated. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor and had to be replaced which was an inconvenience because it took up 3 hours of our time. Stove and fridge were older and probably should be replaced as well. Wished there was a full length mirror somewhere in condo so we could look at ourselves before we headed out. Thank you"

"The house was great. The hotel & pool were also great. The check in was my only complaint, I went to rentyl desk like I was emailed to do, they sent me to another check in. The guy at that check in had us wait & got another guy to check us in. The guy who checked us in mumbled & acted as though we were bothering him. He did not give us any extra info on hotel or activities. We asked about our complementary rum punch but he said it was over for the day. "
