"I would simply like to point out that your reception staff in particular Carla went above and beyond expectations in making my brief stay comfortable. I had arrived late at the Delta and had just suffered a shoulder and rib injury that same afternoon. "The room and bathroom were huge by the standards of the hotel/motel room. That was a pleasant surprise. On the negative side -- the room could use deep cleaning. It wasn't actively dirty, but it doesn't feel fresh either. The area around is basically highway interchange + gas station. You can't park by your room (which you would in a typical motel). The beds (mattresses) were extremely firm -- which is not necessarily bad, depends on your preferences."

"Seems to have just been opened, the property was spotless, we may have been the first people to stay in our room. We had a 2-Queen suite that had a small kitchen - apartment-size fridge, 2-burner cooktop, dishwasher, pots, pans and dishes for four people. We were travelling with a dog ($50 fee) and they made us feel very welcome. "
