The detached villa was completely renovated and modernized in 2020. The building, which is divided into apartments of different sizes, is characterized by its good location in a quiet residential area with parking spaces and the accessibility of restaurants, bus stop and supermarket in just three minutes on foot.
A shared garden space is available.

Free parking is possible on the property or on the street.
Free rental bikes !!! We all know that sometimes it is difficult to be on a trip. That's why every guest receives a free rental bike during their stay.

There are several washing machines and a dryer in the building for free use.
The modern apartment has a balcony and a new fully equipped kitchen with microwave, induction hob, freezer, fridge, basic cooking utensils and much more. Good place to stay
Everything is clean. Extras, such as a coffee maker, toaster, and two large TVs on the wall in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the shower is nice. There was one small complaint and that was the door to the balcony didn't want to open and the door knob was bent. No big deal as we were outside doing things in the area all day. Overall worth the money.

Schöne, ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung nach Frankfurt am Main. Ganz besonders geschätzt haben wir die guten Fahrräder, mit denen wir am Mainradweg entlang gefahren sind. Toll!

Ferienwohnung zum weiterempfehlen
Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre) einen guten zwei-Tages-Aufenthalt. Der Zugang war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Abreise ebenfalls. Infos für weitere Gäste: In dem 1. Schlafraum mit den zwei Einzelbetten sollte man wissen, dass man diese nicht zusammen schieben kann, weil ein Schrank zwischend den Betten steht. Da suggeriert das Inserat bzw. die Fotogalerie ein anderes Bild. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist die Fensterbank direkt auf Kopfhöhe des Bettes, was für Erwachsene eigentlich kein Problem, aber mit Kindern eher schwierig ist. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Homematic Heizungsthermostaten ausgestattet, aber wir sind irgendwie zu alt um diese gescheit zu bedienen ;) Es hat sich immer wieder der Wert von 21 Grad eingestellt und wir hätten gerne eine kühlere Temperatur zum schlafen eingestellt. In den vielen Steckdosen, die in Kinderreichweite sind, fehlen Kindersicherungen. Wären diese abgesichert, wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich entspannter gewesen. Die Wohnung war größtenteils sauber, aber auf dem zweiten Blick konnte man durchaus auch viel Staub und z.T. Spinnenweben (auf Krabbelhöhe) entdecken. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung (sowohl Möbel, als auch z.B. in der Küche) war zeitgemäß, modern und im guten Zustand.

Tolle Wohnung mit kleinem aber. :-)
Positiv: Buchung einfach und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich. Schöne FeWo. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Gute ruhige Lage trotz mitten in der City. Zimmer sind Sauber. Auch das Grundstück mit Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt angebunden. Die Strasse ist eine Einbahnstrasse und bis auf mal ein Flugzeug das von der Ferne zum Flughafen vorbeifliegt, ist alles sehr angenehm still. Das Bad ist sehr sehr schön. Negativ (Bei uns zumindest/kann passieren) : Das Zimmer in denen die Kinder geschlafen haben, hat ziemlich nach Schweiß gerochen. Meine Frau und ich hatten zuerst überlegt ob wir es vielleicht selbst sind, aber nein. Lokalisieren konnten wir es im Raum leider nicht woher es genau kommt. Die Bettwäsche im Elternschlafzimmer hat leider veraucht gerochen (zigarette). Als Nichtraucher der mit Kopfschmerzen auf Erholung gehofft hat, leider kontraproduktiv gewesen. Eventuell hang die Wäsche ja draussen zum Trocknen und jemand hat in der nähe geraucht. Dazu kann sicher keiner etwas. Ansonsten wiegesagt Top. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen sicher wieder :-).

Frankfurt in greifbarer Nähe
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, perfekt für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Von der Wohnung bis Frankfurt ist kein Problem, da hier eine super Verbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln besteht.

Rühig gelegen und gut für Kurztrips in der Umgebung
Kein Herd aber ein Kochfeld sollte man bedenken falls man etwas auf backen will. Große Dusche da kann die ganze Familie mit rein :-). Sehr gute Betten haben auch die Kinder gesagt. Alle Fenster mit Jalousien.
