Welcome to your holiday haven on World Heritage Listed K'gari -Fraser Island. Our home is the perfect place to spend your time when you aren't exploring fabulous Fraser Island. Just a few minutes drive on bitumen from the barge in the Kingfisher Bay Resort precinct, on the hill behind (about 1km away) but far enough away to have your peace & quiet in a beautiful bush setting - this 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 people, making it the perfect place for couples, families or groups of friends.
KOKOMO Features
. massive covered verandah for alfresco dining with bush views, glimpses of the Sandy Straits and a large outdoor ceiling fan.
. master queen bedroom with TV, built in wardrobes, en suite with rain head shower
. second queen room with TV with built in wardrobes
· bunk room sleeping up to 6 people – 2 x doubles + 2 x singles with TV, built in wardrobes.
· main bathroom with double bowl vanity, full-size bath and separate shower with rain head shower.
· hot water outdoor shower downstairs
· designed for natural airflow, large stacked doors and screens Ceiling fans, louvres and additional windows (all with screens)
· air conditioning in all rooms, heaters are also provided during winter season

Beautiful home for friends and family to share
We were very lucky to spend Christmas at Kokomo with friends and family. The house was absolutely perfect and access to the beach and resort facilities an amazing bonus. We'll be back!

The property was great, but it was a long way from the resort facilities in an area that looked a bit run down. We have stayed at Kingfisher many times before and always stayed in a property that was within walking distance. I think Kokomo must be the furthest property away from the resort facilities.

Gorgeous house, short distance from shops, surrounded by bushland and away from neighbours. Having 2 hoses made cleaning cars so easy! We loved our time staying at Kokomo, you’d be crazy not to stay here

Relaxing Stay
My husband and our friends had a great time, we were able to check in early to align with our barge which was super helpful and the house was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. the outdoor shower was a nice touch and was used by all. Looking forward to taking some friends here again

Whether we were relaxing at the house, dining at the resort, playing tennis, or setting off on adventures around the island, this home provided the perfect base for it all.A word of advice for future visitors: it’s essential to bring all your supplies with you. While you can pick up some items on the island, availability is VERY limited.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Wonderful stay
It is a great house with a wonderful large deck where you can enjoy the outdoors of the bush surrounding. The pool table was a bonus for our bunch of teens and kept them entertained for hours. Kokomo is an excellent base to explore K'gari.

Kokomo is in a nice, quiet spot and is an open, airy and modern home. It easily slept and catered for our two families and looked exactly as advertised. It was a perfect base for us to explore all that Fraser Island has to offer. The only disappointing thing is that we didn't stay longer! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay!
Kokomo is a great property to stay at, it has all amenities available as soon as you arrive, the bathrooms and bedrooms are very spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals! The entertaining sound system was also easy to connect to so we could chill on the balcony and enjoy music throughout the house.

Great house & close the the resort by car
Kokomo was lovely for us! Loved coming back to the house to relax after exploring the island. Highlights: - Lake Mackenzie day 1 - Eli Creek day 2 - Champagne Pools day 3. We cooked at the house after drinks at the sunset bar each evening - 2 min drive away. We hired a 4wd before heading over, picked up a boot load of groceries & wine at Urangan and arrived at Fraser to a 2 minute drive off the barge to the house. Look forward to coming back!! Perfect family holiday
