"While the setting and style are rustic (typical for the area), there are a lot of thoughtful extras and details that this property features that are not often found in rental homes or hotels. Including: - all en suite bathrooms - ground floor bedroom looks suitable for those with accessibility issues (we didn't have that in our group, but just saying) - nice fluffy towels and warm fluffy comforters - each bedroom has its own AC, ceiling fan, desk/chair, separate chair, dresser, space to hang...

"I was looking for a property with many separate bedrooms, not one listed as "sleeps 5+" but actually is just couches and an air mattress and this fit perfectly for a group of friends. The house was clean and spacious and bright. No A/C in summer is slightly tough and it's a little further from town but the property was beautiful and the fire pit and grill were great. Would book again!"

"The house was very clean & welcoming. Living area was compact but comfortable & had everything we needed. The loft is spacious, and there's a table up there for puzzles & games. It's open to the living space, but there's a curtain for privacy. We enjoyed exploring the walking trails. Remote location but only about 20 min to Ithaca. Wish we had more time! "
